Return Process:
1. Please contact us via E-mail: support@ratnastyle.com and mention the item(s) you would like to return.
2. After receiving the return address and instructions from us kindly drop off your parcel at your nearest post office.
3. After returning kindly provide us with the return receipt from the shipping company. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Return Conditions:
We accept returns without any questions. The item you returned must be in its unused condition with the original packing. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. We will arrange an exchange or issue a full refund after we have checked your parcel return tracking number or receipt.

Refund:
If you are not received your parcel or if you received defective products, we'll refund you in 30 days.
